While many organizations can design basic electronics hardware, it takes a significantly more advanced skill set to design effectively for today’s high-speed, high-bandwidth RF wireless requirements.

Fleetwood Electronics has core development capabilities in the design of transceivers, low-noise enhanced-sensitivity amplifiers, power amplifiers, and embedded antenna systems. We also have in-depth experience with embedded microprocessors across the range of 8-bit to 32-bit devices. And, we have developed robust wireless communication protocols, designed to allow multiple simultaneous wireless signals to be received and processed in a “crowded” RF environment.

Our hardware and firmware teams are expert at developing optimal combinations of wireless range, communication speed, product cost, and battery life. This clearly sets Fleetwood apart from suppliers that don’t focus on wireless products.

Fleetwood Electronics can meet accelerated product development schedules. We can quickly develop initial prototypes with hardware and embedded firmware, respond rapidly to design evolutions, and also have the capability to do RF pre-certification testing on-site.

We pay particular attention to low-cost bill of materials development. We have demonstrated that through proper redesign, we can competitively manufacture products previously built in Asia.
